Type the name exactly as you want it spelled, up to 8 characters. The same name goes onto all three clips.
What arrives in the pack
An assorted set, so no two clips in the pack look the same. Wear two together, keep the third back for the day one goes missing.
Printed straight onto the clip in a neat script, in the spelling you type. No stickers, nothing to peel at the corners.
Solid, easy to wear colours, picked by hand from the stock we have on the day your order is made.
These are decorative clips, not sturdy everyday hardware. They are slim moulded clips, so the body can snap and the hinge can give way if a clip is bent back, twisted, chewed, dropped or sat on. The printed name can also scratch or fade if it is scrubbed, soaked or rubbed against rough surfaces.
Please take them off before rough play. Sports, swimming, wrestling with siblings, bedtime and anything that involves the clip being tugged at will shorten their life. Open the clip to take it out rather than pulling it through the hair.
Items damaged in use, including snapped clips and worn print, are not eligible for replacement, refund or exchange. Please order only if this is acceptable to you.
Shapes and colours are assorted and sent as per availability. Each pack is put together by hand from the designs and colours we have on the day your order is made. The shapes and colours you receive will therefore differ from the photographs, and we are unable to accept requests for a specific design, colour or combination.
What we do promise: three different clips in every pack, each one printed with the name exactly as you typed it. The photographs show you the style and the kind of designs we send, not the exact set you will receive.
Orders are not eligible for return or exchange on the grounds of shape or colour, as no two sets come out the same.

What exactly comes in the pack?
Three hair clips in three different shapes and colours, each printed with the name you type, up to 8 characters. She can wear one on each side and still have a spare.
Can I choose the shapes and colours?
No. Designs and colours are assorted and picked from whatever is in stock the day your order is made, so we cannot promise a particular shape, colour or combination. What is guaranteed is three different clips, all with her name on them.
How delicate are they?
Delicate enough that they need looking after. The clips are slim moulded plastic, so bending one back or sitting on it can snap the body or the hinge. Worn gently, they hold up beautifully. Think of them as a party shoe rather than a school shoe.
What if a clip breaks?
Damage from use is not covered, so we are unable to replace, refund or exchange clips that have snapped or whose print has worn away. This is exactly why the pack has three in it. Handle them gently and remove them before rough play, sports and sleep.
Will the printed name rub off?
Not with normal wear. It is printed onto the clip rather than stuck on, so it stays put through everyday use. It can scratch or fade if the clip is soaked, scrubbed or rubbed against rough surfaces, so keep them dry and wipe with a soft dry cloth.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 8, including spaces. That covers most first names and nicknames. If her full name is longer, use the short version she is actually called by, which also sits better on a small clip.
Can I have a different name on each clip?
No, all three clips in a pack carry the same name. If you are ordering for two girls, add two packs to your cart and type each name in its own box.
Will they stay put in fine or slippery hair?
Yes. The clips snap shut rather than sliding, and each one is light enough that it does not drag a small section of hair down. For very fine hair, clipping over a small twist of hair holds best.
How do I look after them?
Handle them gently, open the clip to take it out rather than tugging, and wipe with a soft dry cloth. Keep them out of water, so no pool and no shower, and store them on the card they arrive on so nothing gets knocked about in a drawer.
Are they safe for little ones?
Edges are smooth, but a snapped clip leaves small hard pieces, so we recommend grown up supervision for children under 3 and no wearing them at bedtime.
