Delivery & Shipping policy
All orders are processed and delivered in 8-12 working days across India. The shipping is done through third party logistics partners.Ā

Goods Not DeliveredĀ
At Bibliophiles, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, including reliable delivery services facilitated by third-party logistics companies. Please be aware that we do not have direct control over the logistics company's operations. In the event that you encounter issues with the delivery of your order, we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following policy guidelines:
Non-Receipt of Goods: If you find that your tracking link or tracking message indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have not received the goods, we request that you report the discrepancy promptly. To do so, please send an email to contact@bibliophiles.in or send a message us on whatsapp to +91-7506781422 within 24 hours of the delivery status update. Reports received beyond the 24-hour window will not be eligible for any remediation.
Dispute Resolution for Non-Delivery: Bibliophiles can only raise a dispute with the third-party logistics provider for non-delivery cases within the initial 24 hours following the delivery status update. Therefore, it is imperative to promptly inform us of any discrepancies to ensure a timely resolution.
Responsibility for Delivery Issues: Please note that Bibliophiles will not be held responsible for replacement or refund requests in scenarios where the delivery person is unable to locate the provided address or if you are unavailable during the designated delivery time. To avoid such situations, we advise you to maintain communication with the delivery person as soon as you receive the delivery details or provide any necessary updates for a successful delivery.
In cases where shipments are lost due to multiple delivery attempts, or if the customer or security personnel refuses to accept the package, Bibliophiles will not bear responsibility. This is especially observed when shipments are delivered to company or society security personnel.Ā
Re-shipping Charges: If the address is incomplete or inaccurate, leading to a failed delivery and the shipment being returned to us, an additional shipping fee of Rs 80/- will be required for re-shipping. This includes the return shipment charges levied by our courier partner.
In case of lost shipment due to wrong address or incomplete address Bibliophiles cannot be held responsible or no refund will be provided for the same.

Please do not assume delivery person will know your address, in many cases delivery boys areĀ relying on google maps and third party maps for navigation, if they do not find a particular address they might reach wrong destination and delivery will be rejected. Thus marking this as unsent or undelivered by them.Ā
As per our logistics partner's terms, the courier person is not obligated to call before arriving. Ensure someone is present at the provided address to accept the shipment.Ā
Google Maps Verification:
We recommend verifying if the provided address is accurately listed on Google Maps. If possible, share the Google Maps link to further assist our delivery team.
Address Accuracy:
Bibliophiles will not be held responsible if the courier person is unable to locate the address due to inaccuracies.
Office Address Deliveries:
If you're providing an office address, ensure the security staff is informed. Any returns due to non-acceptance by security will be at your own risk.
Delivery Notifications:
Our courier partners typically notify customers about delivery status via email or WhatsApp. Kindly check your messages, including the spam folder, for any such notifications.
