We have a NoĀ return policy. Only in the cases of personalised goods if there is correction mistake from our end we will send the replacement
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to report the discrepancy within 1 day of receiving the order and need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, likeĀ personalised goods or perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalised items, offer items, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Replacements
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your replacement, and let you know if the replacement was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically replacedĀ on your originalĀ shipping addressĀ as per shipping timeline. Please remember it can take some time for replacement order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation Request Time Frame
Customers may request the cancellation of their orders within one (1) hour of the purchase time. Such requests are subject to the Company's discretion and must be formally submitted to ensure proper processing.
2. Method of Cancellation Request
To request an order cancellation, customers must send an email to contact@bibliophiles.in. It is imperative that requests are made through this official channel. Cancellation requests made via WhatsApp, social media platforms, or any other informal communication channels will not be considered.
3. Processing Charges on Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation approval within the specified one (1) hour window, the refunded amount will be subject to a deduction of 5% from the paid amount. This deduction covers processing charges, which include payment gateway fees (placing + refunding), website provider charges (per order), and resource utilization costs. These are spent already on the when order is placed so we cannot pay back.Ā
4. Non-cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after the one (1) hour window has elapsed post-purchase.
