Is the greeting card really free?

Yes. Every combo ships with a greeting card at no extra charge. Nothing to add to your cart, nothing extra to pay.

Whose name goes on the rakhi and the bottle?

Your brother's. Whatever you type in the personalisation field is printed on both, so the rakhi you tie and the bottle he carries match.

Will the bottle leak inside his school bag?

Not when it is closed properly. A small rubber gasket inside the lid creates the seal, so it needs to stay in place and the lid screwed on fully. Almost every leak we hear about is a gasket that came loose in the wash.

Can he keep wearing the rakhi afterwards?

That is the idea. The belt is soft enough to stay on his wrist as a band once Raksha Bandhan is over, instead of ending up in a drawer by evening.

Will the printed name wash off the bottle?

No. It is made to survive daily washing and knocking around in a school bag. Hand wash with warm soapy water rather than scrubbing the printed area hard.

Looking after the bottle

Warm soapy water every day, then air dry with the lid off so nothing stays damp inside.

⚠️ Mind the rubber gasket

A small circular gasket sits in the lid and makes the seal. It lifts out easily during washing and is just as easily lost. Check it is seated before every use, because a missing gasket is the usual reason a bottle leaks.

🥛 Anything other than water

Juice, milk and sweet drinks should be washed out the same day, or the smell and colour can stay for good.

🔁 When to replace

Cap and lid parts every 5 to 6 months, bottle body every 12 months. Steel lasts, but seals wear out with daily use.
