Frequently asked questions
Are your name labels really waterproof?
Yes. Our waterproof name labels resist water and hold up to daily hand-washing on steel bottles, plastic tiffins and glass. Apply them on a clean, dry surface, and hand-wash rather than using the dishwasher.
Will the label survive the dishwasher?
We do not recommend the dishwasher. Dishwashers run hotter and with stronger detergent than a hand-wash, so any stick-on label will lift sooner. Iron on clothes labels are a different product, made for machine washing.
How do I apply the label so it stays on?
Wipe the item dry, press the label firmly from the centre outwards so no air bubble stays trapped, then wait 24 hours before the first wash. Avoid ridges, the lid thread and surfaces that flex.
Which name labels are best for school?
Waterproof name stickers (7 x 2 cm) for bottles and tiffins, transparent labels (3 x 3 cm) for sippers and small spots, book labels for notebooks, and iron on labels for clothes. Most families need at least two of the four.
What should I write on my child's name label?
First and last name, or first name and surname initial, so it cannot be confused with a classmate's. Add class and section on books. For nursery children, a bold first name is easiest for teachers to read.
Can I use these labels on clothes?
No. Stick-on name labels are for hard surfaces such as bottles, lunch boxes, books and stationery. For uniforms, socks and jackets, use our iron on clothes stickers.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are printed to order and delivered in 8 to 12 working days across India. If you are ordering before a school term, plan for at least 12 working days.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping? Do you offer cash on delivery?
Shipping is free on orders above Rs 399; below that, a small shipping charge is shown at checkout. We accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.
How do I personalise a product with a name?
On each product page you'll find a "Name to be printed" field. Type the name exactly as you want it printed and double-check the spelling — it prints as typed.
What are the shipping timelines?
Standard shipping for ready orders is 8–12 working days. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to expedite (extra courier charges may apply).
