A book name slip is a larger name slip made for notebook and textbook covers. Ours are 7 x 5 cm, 12 to a sheet, with your child's name printed on each one, so the slip fits the cover without hiding the title.
What should I write on a name slip?
The child's name, class and section, plus the school name if the teacher asks for it. Skip the phone number and home address on books, because books get passed around the class.
Where do you stick a name slip on a notebook?
Stick it in the centre of the front cover, after covering the book, so it sits on top of the brown paper or plastic cover. Wipe the spot dry first and press from the centre outwards.
How many name slips do I need for a school year?
Count your child's notebooks and textbooks, then add about 20% for replacements and new notebooks during the year. Most primary school children need 24 to 40 book name slips, plus smaller stickers for bottles and stationery.
Are customised name slips waterproof?
Yes. Our waterproof name stickers and transparent name slips resist water, so they handle daily hand-washing on bottles and tiffins. For the longest life, hand-wash labelled items rather than using the dishwasher.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are printed to order and delivered in 8 to 12 working days across India. Shipping is free on orders above Rs 399, and we accept prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets).
How do I personalise a product with a name?
On each product page you'll find a "Name to be printed" field. Type the name exactly as you want it printed and double-check the spelling — it prints as typed.
What are the shipping timelines?
Standard shipping for ready orders is 8–12 working days. Need it sooner? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll try to expedite (extra courier charges may apply).
