🌈 About the colours. Every charm is assorted, sent in the pastel range you see in the photos. Letter and poodle colours are picked from what is in stock on the day, so no two charms come out quite the same. That is the fun of it, but it does mean we cannot promise a specific colour for a specific letter.

Questions before you order
Can I choose the exact colours?
Not colour by colour, no. Charms are sent assorted from our pastel range, picked from whatever is in stock the day yours is made. So the shades will sit in the family you see in the photos, but the exact mix will be its own.
Will the poodle be the same colour as the picture?
It might not be. The poodle is always included, but its colour is assorted too and depends on availability. Every one of them is pastel, and every one of them is equally lucky.
How many characters can I have?
Any name works. A longer name simply makes a longer charm, so if you want it neat and swingy on a small bag, a first name or a nickname sits best.
Is the poodle charged extra?
No. It comes with the name charm at no extra cost. Nothing to add to your cart, nothing extra to pay.
Will it fit my bag?
If there is a zip pull, a loop, a strap or a handle, it clips on. It works just as well on a suitcase, a pencil case or a set of keys.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Add one to your cart for each person and type each name separately, so nobody ends up with somebody else's charm.
