Type the name exactly as you want it spelled, up to 8 characters. Every character is strung in the order you type it.
What arrives in the pack
Chunky jelly letter charms, one for every character you ask for, strung in order on a soft cord.
A little poodle or headphones charm rides along at the end of the name, sent as per availability. Nobody has to ask for it, it is already in there.
A lobster clip and beaded tail, so it goes onto a bag, zip, strap or pencil case in one click.
Colours are assorted and sent as per availability. Every charm is strung by hand from the pastel stock we have on the day your order is made. The letter colours, bead colours and the colour of the poodle or headphones will therefore differ from the photographs, and we are unable to accept requests for specific colours or for a particular colour sequence.
The lucky charm is a poodle or a headphones, whichever is in stock. One of the two is always included, but which one you receive depends on availability on the day your order is made, and we cannot take requests for a particular design.
What we do promise: every charm stays within the pastel range shown in the product images, and the name is always spelled exactly as you type it. The photographs show you the style and the colour family, not the exact piece you will receive.
Orders are not eligible for return or exchange on the grounds of colour or of which lucky charm arrives, as no two charms come out the same.

Questions before you order
Can I choose the exact colours?
Not colour by colour, no. Charms are sent assorted from our pastel range, picked from whatever is in stock the day yours is made. So the shades will sit in the family you see in the photos, but the exact mix will be its own.
Will I get the poodle or the headphones?
Whichever is in stock on the day your charm is made. One lucky charm is always included, but we cannot promise which of the two it will be, and requests for a particular design cannot be accepted.
Will the poodle or headphones be the same colour as the picture?
It might not be. The lucky charm is always included, but its colour is assorted too and depends on availability. Every one of them is pastel, and every one of them is equally lucky.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 8, including spaces. That covers most first names and nicknames. If the full name is longer, a shortened version or initials works beautifully and sits neater on a small bag.
Is the lucky charm charged extra?
No. The poodle or headphones comes with the name charm at no extra cost. Nothing to add to your cart, nothing extra to pay.
Will it fit my bag?
If there is a zip pull, a loop, a strap or a handle, it clips on. It works just as well on a suitcase, a pencil case or a set of keys.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Add one to your cart for each person and type each name separately, so nobody ends up with somebody else's charm.
