Mention the characters you want and we spell them out on two matching clips, in soft assorted pastels. One for each side, both saying her name.
Type the name exactly as you want it spelled, up to 5 characters. Both clips are made with the same name, in the order you type it.
What arrives in the pack
A pair of lined snap clips, one for each side of her head. Both carry the same name, so she can wear them together or one at a time.
Chunky pastel letter charms fixed along each clip, spelling the name in the order you type it. Five characters per clip.
Every character comes in its own soft pastel shade, mixed by hand from the stock we have on the day your order is made.
Character colours are assorted and sent as per availability. Every clip is made by hand from the pastel stock we have on the day your order is made. The character colours and the clip colours will therefore differ from the photographs, and we are unable to accept requests for specific colours or for a particular colour sequence.
The two clips may not be colour twins. They are made as a pair, but the same letter can come out in a different shade on each clip. Both clips always spell the name exactly as you typed it.
What we do promise: every character stays within the pastel range shown in the product images. The photographs show you the style and the colour family, not the exact pair you will receive.
Orders are not eligible for return or exchange on the grounds of colour, as no two pairs come out the same.

Questions before you order
What exactly comes in the pack?
Two hair clips. Each one has the name you type spelled along it, up to 5 characters, so she can wear one on each side or keep the second as a spare.
How many characters can I have?
Up to 5 per clip, including spaces. That covers most short names and nicknames, and it sits comfortably on a small clip. If her full name is longer, use the short version she is actually called by, or her initials.
Can I have a different name on each clip?
No, both clips in a pack carry the same name. If you are ordering for two girls, add two packs to your cart and type each name in its own box.
Can I choose the exact colours?
Not colour by colour, no. Characters are sent assorted from our pastel range, picked from whatever is in stock the day yours is made. The shades will sit in the family you see in the photos, but the exact mix will be its own.
Will the characters match the colours in the picture?
They might not. Character colours change with availability, so the letters you receive may be in different pastel shades to the ones photographed, and the two clips may differ from each other. The spelling is always exactly what you typed.
Will they stay put in fine or slippery hair?
Yes. The clips are lined so they grip rather than slide, and each one is light enough that it does not drag a small section of hair down. For very fine hair, clipping over a small twist of hair holds best.
How do I look after them?
Wipe with a dry cloth and keep them out of water. Do not wear them in the pool or the shower, and store them clipped onto the card they arrive on so nothing gets lost in a drawer.
Are they safe for little ones?
Edges are smooth and the characters are securely fixed, but these are small pieces, so we recommend grown up supervision for children under 3.
